University Point consists of 4 separate apartments, each apartment has 3-4 bedrooms and every bedroom has its own private bathroom. Every apartment also has its own washer and dryer, shared living room and kitchen with the other 3 tenants. There is no extra charge for using the laundry facilities. Additionally, each suite is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances including stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
All bills are INCLUDED with rent price. There are no other 'out of pocket expenses' when living here. Private on suite with bathroom are $785/month.
