4 bedroom, 2 bath house that is fully furnished (except for the bedroom). Large backyard, nice neighborhood, close to campus. Lease length and move in date can be discussed. We are looking for 1 or 2 more roommates (there’s already 2 of us), female... and perferably CMU student. Rent includes all utilities. We currently have pets in the house, and don't mind drinking and smoking.
