There is one (189 sq.ft.) bedroom available in a nice 1970 square foot house. Leave your car at the house and walk 1.5 short blocks to campus. Quiet street with 3 to 4 off street parking spots. The other three bedrooms are rented to three male junior... students. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom. Besides the bedrooms, the rest of the house is shared which include a large living room, dining room/eating bar and large kitchen with new stove and refrigerator. There is also a unheated sun room. There is a washer and dryer next to the kitchen which is available to all renters. A garage and shed provides a space for storage of bikes or other items. A work bench is available in the garage. The furnishing of the living room, dining room and kitchen is the responsibility of the tenants. Each renter is responsible for their own bedroom furnishings but some furniture may be available. Currently, the living areas are furnished. Large backyard.
Tenants pay for gas, electric, water, sewer and internet.

Lease is for 12 months then reverts to monthly.
