Four bedrooms are all upstairs including the master suite which has it's own 3/4 bath. Another full bath upstairs is shared by the... remaining three bedrooms. We don't use Zillow applications. There is a $50 application fee per adult that will live there and/or each cosigner. Applicants who wish to have their application fee refunded have the right to provide a portable tenant screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes. Applicants may request to have their application fee refunded within 30 days after providing an approved tenant screening. In all cases, tenants are required to complete an application through Western Colorado Property Management. Up to two dogs allowed, NO cats, NO smoking indoors of any kind (eCigarette/weed included). Utilities and lawn care are the tenant's responsibility. Mower/Trimmer provided. Washer/Dryer included
