Quiet 5 bedroom home one block to Orchard Ave with straight access by bike, bus or car to CMU. Enjoy a beautifully renovated 5 bedroom home with two bathrooms. Large bedrooms feature mirrored closets and warm pine doors. Small porch and patio to... enjoy the big backyard. Garage and 2 extra storage areas inside the house. Fully equipped laundry room with sink, and two living areas, fireplace and fire pit. Shared kitchen with dinning area (furnished) and low maintenance vinyl flooring. Non smoking. Two tenants currently are looking for additional roommates. Landlord pays water/sewer and trash. Gas/Electric and Fiber Internet split between roommates ~$50 per month depending on season. Shared areas have some furnishings, but open to you bringing items with you. Shared bathroom upstairs and downstairs with shower, upstairs also has a bath. One tenant currently has a cat so no additional pets. New roommates should be ok living with friendly cat. Current tenants are CMU students, nursing (f) and cyber security (m) looking for mellow, cooperative, relatively serious housemates to join the shared living space. Prefer no drugs, smoking, partying. $25 Transunion background check fee, or portable background check document. Please email landlord first before completing the application. Video tour or in-person tour available on request. Local landlord. Prefer yearlong lease June 2026-May 2027 but willing to consider short term summer rental ~May 16-Aug15.
