If you're looking for good place to live, close to campus, with local and attentive landlords, then you'll love this house directly across the street from CMU.
(please note: Two female students are looking for roommates)

What is available:

One main... level bedroom, with a shared bathroom.
The bathroom has 3 separate vanities and mirrors for each main floor resident.
Rent for this room is $545/month.

Two downstairs rooms are also available, each with their own bathroom.
The downstairs was completely renovated in 2019 and includes its own kitchen and smaller living room area.
The bedrooms each have a legal egress window.
Rent for the each downstairs room is $595/month.

The rent includes: water, sewer, trash.
Residents are responsible for gas & electricity and internet/cable (not included in listed rent price). Residents split these costs equally.

There is a back yard with a privacy fence.
There is off-street parking for all residents.
There are front and back entrances to the house.
There is a large laundry room on the main floor for all residents.
