All Rooms have storage space and a large closet.

The lease is super flexible with a roll over month-to-month contract so stay as long as you like or change your plans when needed.

We have 3 AVAILABLE ROOMS for Summer Semester as several tenants are graduating.

The communal areas are designed for comfort so whether you want to socialize or study Orchard house has a friendly atmosphere.

A new 8 person Hot tub was recently installed so the backyard can be enjoyed year round.

The house has large parking areas so all tenants have property parking.

There is also a large outdoor shed and a basement so large items can be stored securely.
