Ideal for a mindful, graduate student, faculty, and/or professional person who loves privacy as I do. Split floor plan (my bedroom, work area, and bath are upstairs, yours is downstairs). The location is close stop CMU, off of 12th street, a few blocks north of Patterson. There is off street parking. Lovely, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. Close to Spoons Bistro and Bakery.

You have your choice of your own full kitchenette for maximum privacy or use of large kitchen, lots of pantry space. (kitchenette includes medium size frig, microwave, large convection toaster oven, blender, crock pot, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, kitchenware, etc).
