My wife and I are recent CMU graduates and are looking for 1 quiet and clean roommate. We have a 5 bedroom house. The house is on the 400 block of 23rd st. About a 7 min bike ride to campus. Rent is 530 per room plus utilities. So like 580... a month.
The house has been completely renovated. Also comes furnished. We also have a storage shed.
We would want to start the lease at the beginning in August.

We are looking for 1 more roommates to share the 3 bed 1.5 bath side of the home with two female students at CMU. That makes it a total of 5 of us who live in the house.
