Room for Rent – Available in August

Hey there! We’re a couple (ages 34 & 40) who own our home and are looking for a roommate to fill a fully furnished room starting in August. The space comes with a king-sized bed, private bathroom, and walk-in closet—just bring yourself and your... things.

We’re both vegan and open to a vegetarian roommate. We have three dogs (ages 15, 8, and 2)—two medium, one small—so unfortunately we can't accept any additional pets. The pups have a dog door and we keep them pretty well occupied, but let’s be real: if dog hair bothers you, this probably isn’t the place for you.

Ideal fit would be a student (I’m in the nursing program at CMU) or just someone who’s kind, respectful, and not looking for a party house. No cigarettes, please.

Rent is $740/month + 1/3 of utilities and internet.

We’re not in a rush and happy to wait for the right person.
