Room near mesa mall and close to campus

Looking for fun, safe, clean, and chill roommates for my townhome in May! Full service house, including dishwasher, kitchen, laundry, refrigerator, TV, and laundry detergent. Upstairs bathroom features a tub. House comes with access to the HOA... private gym. Tenets will receive their own key for the gym that must be returned if the tenet leaves. All utilities and internet included in rent price. House has a backyard and shared grass lot in the HOA. Neighbourhood has a parking lot along with nearby parking lots so you can bring home a car, or several! The home is fully furnished and rooms can come with a bed already, so you don't have to bring a mattress. Very dog friendly HOA! Each room has their own closet and you will share the upstairs bathroom.

First floor has the living room, dining room, laundry/bathroom, and garage. All bedrooms are upstairs.

Ideally looking for long term roommates who will pay rent on time. No current plans on raising the rent either. I also like to cook, so we'll always have meals. My pets are also very friendly, but I do have cats and a dog. I also have pet snakes, if that is something that makes you uncomfortable. I work at a coffee shop and will be bringing home goodies. House will also have a barista machine when it comes in the mail.

The property is next to the GVT bus station, Mesa Mall, City Market, Fisher's liquor barn, and other stores. CMU and Copeka Coffee are a 8-10 minute drive away and CMUTech is within walking distance. Everything in Grand Junction is around ten minutes away. Fruita and Palisade are both around 20 minute drives.

No pet rent. No security deposit. LGBT+ friendly. Disability welcoming, but bedrooms are on the second floor. You are free to decorate your room as you please, including using nails to hang up items. We can paint the walls in your room, but colors will have to be approved. Project car friendly. No smoking indoors. Feel free to move in with your partner as well. If you bring a project car, I have my the garage and tools to help out.

Pet friendly. Any pets brought into the home must be friendly to other pets (cats and dogs, the snakes do not free roam) and humans. House will have a litter robot as well. Witches preferred.
