Room with private bathroom available in shared house blocks from campus

Looking for a subletter while our student is abroad! The room is large, suited for one or two people, with its own bathroom. The house is just a few blocks from campus, and the current roommates (who have their own rooms and bathroom) are friendly... and clean. Rent is $850 + utilities. Available fall semester and probably as much of January as wanted. Fully furnished with huge closets. Fully stocked kitchen, private backyard with new fence. Plenty of parking - but also super easy to bike to school if you don't have a campus parking permit.
