Looking for a 6th roommate, myself and 4 guys are all juniors at CMU and are in need of one roommate to fill an open room in the basement of the house. The house is two floors with a full kitchen on each floor and living space on each floor. The... room available is a very typical size that can comfortably fit a queen size bed, dresser, desk, and other amenities. The bathroom situation is a shared jack and Jill bathroom with only one other person using it. The price is 620, that does not include utilities which are typically an extra 70-80$ a month. Water, sewer and trash are all covered by the landlord and we’re responsible for electricity, and WiFi. The home is around a 5-10 minute walk from campus depending on where your class is located and the house is on a very well kept and clean street.
